Affiliation renewal process

This process applies to private vocational training organizations seeking re-affiliation.
To re-affiliate with the Trade Testing Board (TTB) Sindh, vocational training institutes must
follow a structured process. Here's a clear breakdown into offline or on-line re-newel.

Off-line Re-newel Process for Institutes

Step 1: Obtain the Affiliation re-newel form                            Download the Re-newel  Form
  • Fill out the form with accurate institutional details and required documentation.

 

Step 2: Submit the Application
  • Submit the completed form to the Secretary, TTB Sindh.
  • Submission can be done in person or via courier.
  • Include all necessary documents and prescribed fees.
 
Step 3: Review and Verification
  • TTB Sindh will:
  • Review the submitted documents.
  • Verify the information provided.
  • Conduct any necessary inspections or follow-ups.
 
Step 4: Certification
  • Upon successful verification, the institute will receive/collect renewed affiliation certificate from TTB Sindh.

 

The schedule

Since the affiliation of institutes expires on December 31 each year, those seeking renewal may submit their application anytime between the end of November and February 15 without late fees.
